Fellows for the 麻豆传媒 Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowship Program are selected on a nationally competitive basis.

Applicants must have all of the following:

• A Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy before the beginning of the Fellowship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• An interest in pursuing a career in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Authorization to work in the United States throughout the duration of the two-year Fellowship. No visa sponsorship will be provided.

Interview requests will be accepted on a rolling basis from Sept. 22 through Oct. 31. Early submission is preferred. Late applications will not be considered. Sanofi will reach out to candidates to schedule virtual first-round interviews.

First and second round interviews for selected candidates will be conducted virtually in October/November 2026. Final interviews will be conducted in-person during ASHP Midyear in December. 

Recognizing that the choice of a Post-Doctoral PharmD Industry Fellowship is an important decision, 麻豆传媒 in conjunction with the Academic Industry Fellowship Alliance (AIFA), has agreed to extend offers for Fellowships no earlier than December 11, 2026.

Medical Affairs is the department within a pharmaceutical company that is responsible for communicating accurate information to healthcare providers. At Sanofi, the North America Vaccines Medical Team is responsible for these activities. The purpose of Medical Affairs is to generate and provide necessary information to health care providers, regulatory officials and payers to optimize the value of the company products based on medical or scientific knowledge.

To become a valuable member of a dynamic Medical Affairs Team by developing a transferable skill set (e.g., communicating & generating scientific evidence and building trusted relationships) for future career success.

During this two-year US Medical Affairs Fellowship, the Fellow(s) will take part in the following:

Medical Stategy

• Support the development and execution of medical strategy for multiple vaccine franchises by working on cross-functional teams, which include experts from R&D, Public Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access and Commercial Operations (especially Marketing)
• Help define and coordinate Sanofi鈥檚 presence/engagement at national scientific meetings
• Assess/identify gaps in medical education/information resources and collaborate on the development, dissemination, and uptake of medical content

Field Medical

• Engage key external experts (e.g. pediatricians, infectious disease specialists) by conducting scientific exchanges to enhance the understanding of the scientific and medical value of our products
• Recognize, record and share insights that deepen our understanding of the needs of patients, regulators, payers and healthcare providers 

Scientific Engagement and Innovation

• Collaborate on medical operations projects, such as process optimization, budget tracking, and metrics development for medical activities
• Help analyze data and insights from field medical teams, advisory boards, or stakeholder interactions to inform planning
• Assist with creation or refinement of internal tools, dashboards, or training modules that enhance scientific capabilities across the organization
